Refund policy
Last updated: 6 August 2026. This policy applies to paid course seats invoiced by Sysnetworks Digital. This website does not process payments.
Eligibility
Refund requests must come from the payer named on the invoice or an authorised company representative. Seats purchased as part of a Field Cohort may require the contracting organisation’s approval before we process individual changes.
Timeframe
Full refund requests must reach us at least 14 calendar days before the cohort start date (Hong Kong time). Requests inside that window are reviewed for partial credit only.
Full and partial refunds
Full refund: available when we cancel a cohort, when we cannot provide a comparable alternative date, or when your written request arrives 14+ days before start and materials have not been released.
Partial refund: if you withdraw after materials release but before the third live session, we may refund 40% of tuition after deducting a HK$600 administration fee. After the third live session, tuition is generally non-refundable.
Non-refundable items
Seasonal Refresh day tickets after the recording link is sent, custom case-development fees inside Field Cohort contracts, and third-party venue costs already committed for onsite days are non-refundable unless we cancel the service.
Process
Email contact@sysnetworks.digital with subject “Refund request”, your invoice number, course name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and state the provisional outcome within seven business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 15 business days of approval. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution. We do not issue cash refunds at the office.
Cancellation by us
If Sysnetworks Digital cancels a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full tuition refund. We are not responsible for travel booked independently.
Exceptions
Documented medical emergencies or compulsory civic duties may qualify for transfer or expanded partial refund at our discretion. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may pause future enrolments until resolved.
